Norconsult has been using Fjeldstad & Partners’ leadership development programs over the last two years. Norconsult's “Leaders Forum”is one such event where all of the company's line managers in Scandinavia gather once a year in groups of approx. 20 managers.
During 2016, nearly 200 leaders participated in the Forum. Each year we choose a theme based on Norconsult’s strategy and input from leaders on what they want to improve. In the last two years, Fjeldstad and Partners contributed their services to this event. In 2016, we focused on customer dialogue and sales as part of the leadership role, while in 2017 the theme is role awareness and change management.
As a customer, we feel that Fjeldstad & Partners really understands our organization, our culture, and our needs. Being a consultancy in urban and infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture, our managers mainly have their formal education in engineering and architecture. Fjeldstad & Partners' ability to make “leadership development” into something concrete, practical, and at the same time funny and enjoyable has worked very well with our managers.
We collected evaluation forms from all managers who participated in the Leader Forum. On a scale from 1 to 6 where 6 is the highest, the participants in Leaderforum 2016 gave Fjeldstad & Partners an average score of 5.1 both on «main impressions» and on «benefit to their own work».
